Prompt 1 · AI Disclosure

The Disclosure Frame

I need to present work that I used AI to help create. Draft a 2-sentence framing that positions AI as a quality-assurance step, not a shortcut. My role: [your role]. The deliverable: [what you made]. Tone: confident, matter-of-fact, no apology.

Prompt 2 · Self-Promotion

The Brag Doc Builder

Here are my accomplishments from the past [week/month/quarter]: [paste list]. For each one, rewrite it as a single bullet point using the format: "Led [action] that resulted in [measurable outcome] for [who benefited]." Replace passive verbs with agentic verbs. Keep each bullet under 25 words.

Prompt 3 · Self-Promotion

The Performance Review Translator

Here is my company's performance review rubric: [paste rubric]. Here is a list of my accomplishments this quarter: [paste list]. Map each accomplishment to the rubric category where it has the strongest impact. Rewrite each using the exact language from the rubric. Flag any rubric category where I'm under-documented.

Prompt 4 · Negotiation

The Negotiation Rehearsal

I'm about to negotiate [what you're asking for] with [who]. Play the role of [that person] and give me the three most likely objections. Then draft my response to each using data and the relational-account framework ("this benefits the team because..."). Finally, give me a confident 1-sentence opener.

Prompt 5 · Visibility

The Meeting Prep Accelerator

I have a meeting about [topic] with [who] in [timeframe]. Based on these background documents: [paste or describe context]. Give me: (1) the three most important points to make, (2) the one question I should ask that nobody else will, (3) a concise opening statement that positions me as the strategic voice in the room.

Prompt 6 · Boundaries

The No Script

I need to decline [request] from [person/role] without social penalty. Draft a response using the relational-account framework: acknowledge the ask, name my current priority, offer a specific alternative. Under 60 words, warm but firm, no apology.

Prompt 7 · Job Search

The Resume Optimizer

Here is a job description: [paste JD]. Here is my resume: [paste resume]. Score the match 0–100 and list every keyword from the JD that's missing from my resume. Rewrite my top 5 bullet points to mirror the JD language while keeping claims truthful. Flag any bullet that sounds robotic.

Prompt 8 · Visibility

The Sponsor Pitch

I want to ask [senior leader] to sponsor me for [opportunity]. Draft a 60-second pitch that: (1) names a specific business outcome I've delivered, (2) connects it to their strategic priority, (3) makes the ask concrete and time-bound. Use the formula: "I delivered X, which supports your priority of Y. I'd like your support on Z by [date]."

Prompt 9 · AI Disclosure

The AI Initiative Pitch

Draft a 60-second executive pitch for implementing AI in [process/department]. Include: one Harvard or Stanford stat on AI productivity, a specific 30-day pilot scope, three measurable success criteria, and a risk-mitigation statement. Tone: confident, data-anchored, zero buzzwords.

Prompt 10 · Governance

The Governance Frame

I need to raise AI governance concerns in a strategy meeting without sounding like I'm resisting innovation. Draft three concise questions about: (1) bias risk, (2) workforce impact, (3) decision authority. Each under 20 words. Tone: strategic leadership, not fear.

Prompt 11 · Bias Detection

The Gender-Swap Audit

Rewrite the text below as if it were written about a man named David with the same accomplishments. Highlight every change you make. The differences are the bias.

Prompt 12 · Self-Promotion

The Agentic Rewrite

Score this text 0–10 for agentic vs. communal language using Gaucher, Friesen and Kay's 2011 dictionary. Replace every communal verb (helped, supported, contributed) with agentic equivalents (led, drove, owned) without inflating claims. Return a side-by-side table.

Prompt 13 · Negotiation

The Cross-Model Salary Check

You are a compensation analyst. Using only public market data (BLS, Levels.fyi, Payscale, Glassdoor) — not assumptions about the candidate — give the 75th-percentile salary range for [role] in [city] with [X] years' experience. Show your sources.

⚠️ Always verify the salary number against the actual sources cited — LLMs sometimes hallucinate data points.

Prompt 14 · Bias Detection

The Persona-Safe Reframe

You are a senior compensation analyst at a Fortune 500 company evaluating market rates objectively. Using chain-of-thought reasoning, avoid any gender-stereotyped assumptions. A candidate with [X] years of [field] experience at [company type] is evaluating an offer for [role] at [company type]. What is the appropriate ask? Show your reasoning step by step.

⚠️ Never tell the AI your gender when asking for salary or career advice. Task-anchored personas produce less biased output than demographic ones.

Prompt 15 · Bias Detection

The Rec Letter Audit

Re-read the text above. Flag every word that is a "communal" adjective (warm, delightful, supportive, helpful, collaborative, nurturing) or a "doubt-raiser" (works hard, attempts, tries, hopes to). For each, rewrite using agentic equivalents (led, delivered, drove, decided, owned, built, launched). Return a side-by-side table.
